HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE

Please use the 'Booking Form' to email us with details and send the full conference fee in sterling to the International Dental Foundation (IDF). Alternatively print out the Booking Form and either fax or post.  

Upon receipt of your conference fee, a letter confirming your registration and a delegate pack will be sent to you. Please supply the full name and business address of each participating dentist, so that their delegate packs can be prepared and their names can be included on the official delegates list.

  Conference fees must be paid (net of bank charges) in £ Sterling, by VISA, MasterCard, Access only. Unfortunately, we do not have the facilities to process American Express or DINERS. Cheques or Euro cheques should be made payable to the International Dental Foundation. Please note: The International Dental Foundation reserves the right to levy a £50 administrative fee for cancellation. Accommodation bookings should be made directly with the hotel.
