Dr Manfred Wittschier DR. MED. DENT    (Germany)

Graduated 1975 in Berlin and received his Doctorate in 1978 at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich 

Dr Wittschier has run his own clinic since 1978 in Landshut, Germany while carrying out further work on the application of lasers, focused on periodontology, implantology, aethetic dentistry. In 2003 he set up the Center of Implantology and Laser Dentistry, associated with
the hospital of Landshut.

Since 2003 he has been a member and main speaker of ESOLA Laser Academy, associated to Vienna University and from 2006 has been a Board Member and Head of the Laser Section of DZOI (German Center of Oral Implantology) .

2006 Member of the Scientific Committee of the European Annual Congress of ESOLA 2007 in Bruges.

From 2007 Dr Wittschier has Co-Managing Editor of JOLA (Journal of Oral Laser Application) and board member of SOLA . He has lectured internationally on the subject since 2000 and is currently involved in the running of international seminars and workshops for various laser companies, with DTC (Dental Team Concepts, Chicago) in post graduate education programs and with SOLA in post graduate education programs (laser curriculum).

Graduated with M.D. 1988  and 1993 D.M.D. both from Karl-Franzens-University, Graz.

Prof. Lorenzoni continued after qualification as a University Assistant in the dental faculty until 1999.

In 1999 he was awarded his PhD and since then has held the post of Associate Professor, Department of Prosthodontics (Prosthetics, Periodontology, Restorative Dentistry and Implantology).

Since 1994 he has concurrently run a private practice.

Dr Banwell is a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgeon

Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead, a director at the Odstock Burns, Wound Healing & Reconstructive Surgery Research Trust at Salisbury District Hospital, Salisbury and a visiting Professor in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Harvard University Medical School, Boston, USA.

He is a member at various associations,  British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS),British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) British Association of Surgical Oncology (BASO). He published a huge number of papers in oncology, burns, wound healing and other fields.

 His current clinical interests are: Oncoplastic reconstructive surgery including skin and breast, treatment of scars, wound healing, tissue engineering and medicolegal reporting.
